Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your refund, we require a proof of purchase such as your order confirmation. Where an item is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing parts only partial refunds will be given.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to acknowledge receipt of the returned item and advise you as to whether or not we can accept your request for a refund. If you refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the card with which you made the original payment. Please note that it often takes a number of days for a refund to appear in your account after we process it. If you are concerned about a refund, check your bank account first and then contact your credit card company. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Brehon Brewhouse, Dunelty, Inniskeen, Co Monaghan, A91E170. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
