Imagine New England Pale Ale (NEIPA) is Full-bodied, with hints of peach, mango and grapefruit. ABV 6.2%. This NEIPA was inspired by soft summer clouds over our Monaghan farm and was named by the brewer’s wife!

NEIPAs are often referred to as “juice bombs” because they taste, smell, and even look like fruit juice. Hops are added late in the brewing process, as well as during primary and secondary fermentation, to enable the brewer to extract fruity aromas like passion fruit and mango. NEIPAs are not typically bitter and will usually taste seat on the palate.
